If you purchase an item then decide that it's not suitable please return it to us within 30 days to receive a refund for the item (we will not refund postage costs in this case).

If you would like to exchange the item, we will post the swapped item out to you for FREE. Please note, we only accept returns if the item is in the same condition we sent it in - i.e., no rolling around in the hay!
