About Sam: Sam is a proper Devon lad, his home town Okehampton is in the heart of Devon and surrounded by sheep! An up coming face on the competition scene he is gaining experience in his categories and banging in some tidy results. There’s a lot  of training involved in shearing and these boys make it look well easy, Sam is always on the shears and loves the farm lifestyle.

Oh and Sam does this for a living too, it’s a proper skill with a lot of history so check it out if you get the chance. If you have any sheep that need a trim, Sam’s the man (he does other animals- he can do a mean quiff on ferret)
